This individual will possess the drive, determination and talent to lead the sales efforts of a rapidly growing manufacturer that is well recognized as an innovator in its category. He or she should also demonstrate the integrity and passion for music with which NuVo has built a solid international reputation for superior service and high quality product since its formation in 2002. The position reports directly to the company president and is a member of the Leadership team.
The successful candidate will possess 10 years of sales and management experience, a proven record of growth in the consumer electronics custom installation and retailing environments, strong business acumen, and international experience.
The Vice President of Sales will be responsible for strategic sales planning, budgeting, USA Representatives, International Sales Management and Distribution, Education and Training. The qualified individual will possess a Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Administration college degree, with a preference for Finance or Business, and formal training in selling skills and negotiations.
A Masters in Business Administration is a plus. The candidate also should excel in public speaking and personal presentation, and place a high value on ethics and integrity.
